Green & the Environment

Currently, shipping is done directly from our printer. And not from SohoKind’s office. This minimizes an extra leg of travel, lots of oil and also wasted plastic & paper for any repackaging.In terms of our Ts, we would love to print on organic Ts.The reason that we currently do not print on organic Ts is that American Apparel Organic Ts are only available in white, and dying techniques are not too environmentally friendly.

When the Ts get there, then SohoKind will also get there.

What is your privacy policy?

All customer data is kept confidentially by SohoKind. The data we do collect is purely for the purposes of contacting you regarding your order. We will not distribute any of your data to any third parties. Also, please be reassured that we do not keep any credit card information in our databases as PayPal handles all of our payment processing .

What type of t-shirts do you use?

All of our designs are exclusively printed with care on American Apparel t-shirts.

What are the sizes of your shirts?

How much do your t-shirts cost?

All t-shirts and onesies cost $30 (US Dollars).

How many t-shirts can I order?

There are no maximums per design or per order. You may order as many as you like.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to the following countries.

· North America : US and Canada

· Europe : United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy and Spain

· Asia/Oceania : Japan and Australia

How much is shipping & handling?

Shipping is free!

How long until I receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed. You will then receive a confirmation email.

All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.

Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 business days for orders in North America and 5 to 10 business days for the rest of the world.

Please note that orders from outside the US held at customs for inspection may cause additional delays.

Refund & Return Policy

What is your refund & return policy?

Our community is at the essence of SohoKind. We want you to love your order and experience with us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item for an exchange of equal value or 100% refund. We will reimburse you for return shipping.

Please email us at kind@sohokind.com for specific directions on returning your order.

All returns must be in their original condition that they were shipped in.

We will NOT accept, or issue a refund for, a return on any washed or worn item. Would you want your baby to wear something used that you thought you had bought new?

All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order.
